Overview

An internal enterprise IP telephony and communications management platform developed for the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Directorate of Communications. It brings extension and endpoint management, call data, operational dashboards and an optional AI assistance layer into one operations surface.

01 / Context

Enterprise communications teams need a single operational view of telephony infrastructure, call activity, endpoints and monitoring without exposing the underlying network internals.

02 / Challenge

The platform had to unify telephony operations, device management and monitoring while remaining usable if the AI layer was unavailable.

03 / Solution

Built as an operations platform over existing IP telephony infrastructure, with dashboards, configuration workflows and an LLM-optional assistance layer that can run in a safe, non-controlling mode.
