Restaurant operations often span disconnected menu, ordering, staff and marketing workflows. Akivo was designed to centralize these processes while giving businesses direct control over their digital menu and day-to-day operations.

The product needed to support both customer-facing experiences such as QR menus and internal workflows such as order management, staff operations, analytics, campaigns and subscription access without fragmenting the product into separate tools.
