01 / Context
Service businesses often rely on fragmented or manual queue processes. QueueFlow was designed as a unified system where businesses can configure locations, operate live queues and give walk-in customers a simple way to join without installing an application.
02 / Challenge
The main engineering challenge was keeping queue state synchronized between operators, dashboards and customer-facing flows while maintaining a clear multi-branch business structure.
03 / Solution
The application uses a Next.js product layer backed by PostgreSQL and Prisma, with Socket.io handling live queue events. Authentication and workspace management are separated from real-time queue operations, while branch configuration, analytics and QR-based entry are integrated into the same product workflow.
